Platinum #3776 Century fountain pen - "Fuji Unkei Kasumi" Limited Edition boxed set

The Fuji Unkei series is inspired by the scenery of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding clouds.

Fuji Unkei Kasumi focuses on the rich greenery glimpsed through the mist at the foot of Mt. Fuji. The cap and grip section are finished in a calming green. The barrel is carved to reproduce the Kasumi – Mon pattern seen on ancient picture scrolls and folding screens.

Connected small circular cuts create the appearance of waving mist.  This continuous yet irregularly arranged pattern gives a complex contrast and shine, creating a unique fountain pen.

The nut inside the dome of the pen cap is a tribute to Mt. Fuji and is the signature of the Fuji Unkei Series

Paired with a 20ml bottle of specially blended Fuji-No-Akatsuki ink, inspired by the purplish panoramic view of Mt. Fuji seen at dawn.
